If you must do a business plan (cuz consultants think their cool), keep it flexible and keep it down to a paragraph. Your only plan should to be to serve a market with your skills in an manner beneficial to both you and your client. Update and alter it after any learning event.





When starting a business, your enemy is Sleep. Most self-employed people will agree with me on this, unless they inherited their capital, or won a lottery. Watch the health. Self-employment is a marathon and health insurance is expensive.





MOST IMPORTANT--Get a good tax preparer who specializes in small businesses. People pay you to perform your tile art; keeping up with tax codes will probably frustrate and anger any craftsman. Accountants are a self-employed person's best friend. A/R is critical to your survival; prompt payment of your A/P will gain you respect and good PR throughout your local industry.

First step get a good Accountant (2 ) go to your nearest DIY


stores and stick a card in the shops (3) get your self a decent truck if you can afford it your company's name in bold letters presentation will go a long way .every catering company you can find .Like Indian.Chinese. fast food chains .And the best way to get business is your phone directory Advertise .it will pay in the end I
