My buddy wants to start and produce a clothing company featuring my artwork. He says well split the profits 60/40 me getting 40%. But i don't have much of a mind for buisiness, should i just charge him a flat rate for the artwork and let him keep the profits from the sales he makes because its his business?I'm an artist and my friends starting a company? business advice?
NO. You should charge him for the artwork and get 40% of sales.
