Fashion advice - single cuff business shirts with cufflinks?

';Many good brands of shirts with single cuffs these days have buttons and holes for cufflinks. Is it good to wear cufflinks with single-cuff shirts, or should they only be worn with double-cuff shirts?

It is a matter of choice really. However, if are wearing the shirt at work, and will probably be removing your jacket, I would recommend just using the buttons. If, however, you are wearing the shirt to an informal dinner for instance, then cufflinks would look good. This is how my late husband would have tackled the situation.
