i don't know what market you're in but chances are if you drive around you can see plenty of vacant retail space - you can negotiate your terms For Example Get the first 6months distributed over a 36 month lease, you can ask for ';free'; but this would be more attractive to the leaser
- just have a business-model overview or executive summary ( a sheet of paper explaining what company you are trying to start and what makes you think it'll work)
You can also enter into a billing agreement with your suppliers (90-120 days for example)
and get the fixtures from another small retail business on there way out.Starting a business needs some advice?

on self-employment and entrepreneurship and
fashion design and retail store operations.

get from anyplace, a free biz plan template
fill it out and send a copy to me
