I would like to know the process and all other requirement need for starting a office in Sydney for gems business and also the process and the kind of visa i need to apply for it.

In Australia, no matter what your business is, you'd be undone by much higher labour costs. The legal minimum wage for adults is AUD$14.31 per hour, not to mention recruitment, insurance, worksafe and other compulsory administration costs. As a rule of thumb here, the actual cost of hiring someone is 2.5 times what they get paid pretax.





I'd advise you to keep your business in India and try to sell through a distributor instead.
